Services Provided

We offer professional front-end web design and development services as outlined in your selected package. Any additional features or custom requests beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• • Responsive web design and development
• • WhatsApp integration and contact forms
• • Basic SEO optimization (depending on package)
• • Cross-browser compatibility testing
• • Mobile-friendly design implementation

Payment Terms

• • A 50% deposit is required before work begins
• • The remaining 50% must be paid upon project completion and prior to delivery of final files
• • Payment methods accepted: Wish Account, OMT transfers, or cash for local clients
• • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• • Late payment fees may apply for overdue invoices

Revisions & Changes

• • The number of revisions included depends on your chosen package
• • Additional revisions or scope changes will be billed separately
• • Delays caused by late feedback or additional requests may impact the delivery timeline
• • Major design changes after approval will be considered new work

Client Responsibilities

• • Provide all necessary content, images, and information promptly
• • Ensure that you have the rights to all materials you provide
• • Respond to communications in a timely manner to avoid project delays
• • Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes
• • Provide constructive and specific feedback

Delivery & Timeline

• • Estimated delivery times are based on the package selected
• • We are not liable for delays caused by client inaction or unforeseen circumstances
• • Expedited delivery options are available for an additional fee
• • Final delivery is contingent upon receipt of final payment

Intellectual Property

• • Upon full payment, you will receive ownership of the website design and code
• • We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
• • Any pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner
• • Third-party assets used must comply with their respective licenses

Support & Maintenance

• • Basic support via WhatsApp is provided post-delivery as per package terms
• • Extended maintenance or content updates are available as add-ons
• • Bug fixes within 30 days of delivery are provided free of charge
• • Support does not include hosting, domain, or server-related issues

Cancellation & Refunds

• • If the client cancels after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable
• • Refunds for completed work will be considered on a case-by-case basis
• • We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of terms
• • Upon cancellation, all work completed remains our property until full payment

Liability

We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the website or third-party services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

• • We are not responsible for hosting, domain, or third-party service failures
• • Client is responsible for backing up their website and content
• • We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic results

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Lebanon. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or legal proceedings in Lebanese courts.
